No Refund & Shipping Policy

At Apex Bio Pharma, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Apex Bio Pharma is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, seized, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer and the shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
• Monitoring tracking updates provided by the carrier.
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments.

Apex Bio Pharma cannot guarantee delivery times and is not liable for carrier delays, customs delays, weather conditions, carrier errors, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping & Customs

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws, regulations, import restrictions, and customs requirements in their country, state, province, or jurisdiction.

Apex Bio Pharma is not responsible for packages delayed, held, confiscated, returned, destroyed, or otherwise affected by customs agencies or regulatory authorities.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, or other associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
